User Guide

Everything you need to craft professional invoices and quotations.

Getting started

  1. Open the builder from the homepage.
  2. Select Invoice or Quotation at the top.
  3. Pick your preferred page size (A4 or Letter).

Company and client details

Fill in your company information, logo, and tax ID. Then add client name, address, and contact details to personalize the document.

Items and pricing

Add line items with quantities, unit prices, discounts, and tax rates. The totals panel updates automatically as you type.

Taxes, discounts, and service charges

Toggle invoice-level adjustments to apply overall discounts, service charges, or taxes. Choose between percentage or fixed values.

Branding and footer

Add a logo, accent color, and footer blocks such as bank details or payment instructions. Enable a signature line if needed.

Templates

Switch between templates to match your brand or fit long item lists. Each template preserves your data while changing the layout.

Download the PDF

Use the Download PDF button in the builder or preview view. The PDF output uses the selected page size and print margins.

Export and import backup

Export creates a JSON backup of your local vault. Import restores backups into your vault and opens the most recently imported document.

Page count and multi-page

The preview shows a live page count based on A4 or Letter pagination, so you know how many pages the PDF will download.

Troubleshooting

If the PDF layout looks off, shorten long fields or try a different template. On mobile, use the preview zoom to read comfortably.

Tips for best results

  • Use clear item titles and concise descriptions.
  • Keep large notes short to avoid extra pages.
  • Double-check taxes and totals before sharing.
